AMPLIFICATION AND OTHER STUFF SR Speakers Italian firm SR offer a range of speakers that have quickly become favoured industry standards in their field, not least because of their compact size and weight. Though offering speakers of many different specifications, we have found their range of powered speakers - notably the Club range - to be the most popular and offering the best specifications for the money. Although we can actually order in any of the SR range, we generally stock only the following: Club 150/A Retailing at £769 a pair, these active 150watt speakers have 8" woofers and compression tweeters. Max SPL is 114db, Neutrik combo connectors (jack/XLR) are added and they are only slightly larger and heavier than the Club 60's, at 37x29x25cm and 9kg. Bore holes for speaker stands are once again provided. These are the best general purpose products of the range, being suitable for monitoring, domestic or even small P.A. applications.
SR STW250 One of our new favourites. A completely portable 250w powered subwoofer with a smooth low end performance down to 30Hz in a lightweight cabinet. It can be used in either stereo or mono modes allowing it to be matched to either 1 or 2 satellite speakers depending on individual requirements. For any performer looking to access high quality bass performance without breaking their backs or their bank balance, this is definitely our speaker of choice! £599.

This is a small 90watt combo, retailing at £369. it provides a small 'all in one' solution, comprising a small mixer with 2 XLR, 2 line & 2 phono inputs and 2 phono and one line output.
